For this website, the clinic operated by Dr. Ömer Hüseyinoğlu is the data controller for appointment and contact enquiries. We may process your name, phone number, email address, preferred treatment, preferred date and short message to answer your question, assess an appointment request and communicate the next step.

The processing method and legal basis depend on the channel and purpose: responding to your request and taking steps at your request before an appointment, meeting applicable legal obligations, and obtaining separate explicit consent when a processing activity legally requires it. This notice is information about processing; it is not a blanket consent for unrelated marketing.

Information is collected through the booking form, email, phone, WhatsApp and other messages you choose to send. It may be accessible to authorised clinic staff and service providers used for hosting, email, messaging or appointment management, including AsistDent when online availability is enabled. Those providers may process information under their own terms; do not send detailed medical records through a channel until the clinic confirms it is appropriate.

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational measures for the channels we control. Online availability may be unavailable; the patient flow then offers WhatsApp or phone contact instead of asking patients for clinic credentials. Never enter a licence number, clinic username or password into a patient booking form.

We keep information only for as long as needed to respond, arrange and document an appointment, meet legal obligations or resolve a communication issue, then delete or securely anonymise it when there is no continuing reason to retain it. Exact retention periods depend on the record and applicable health and tax obligations.

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask the data controller whether your data is processed, request information and correction, and where the legal conditions allow request deletion or destruction and exercise the other statutory rights.
