The clinic is at Üniversite Bulvarı No: 224 in Binevler, Şahinbey — on the main boulevard, a few minutes from Gaziantep University. Here is what is useful to know before your first visit.
- Getting here and parking
- Binevler sits on the main route between Şahinbey centre and the university, so the clinic is easy to reach by car, taxi or the buses that run along Üniversite Bulvarı. If you are driving, allow a few extra minutes at busy hours to park on the boulevard or the streets just behind it. Message us on WhatsApp if you would like directions from where you are starting.
- Districts we see patients from
- Most patients come from Binevler, İbrahimli, Karataş and the rest of Şahinbey, and from Şehitkamil across the city. Patients from surrounding towns in Gaziantep province are welcome too — tell us how far you are travelling and we will try to group your treatment into fewer visits.
- Languages spoken
- Consultations are held in Turkish, English or Arabic. You do not need to bring a translator, and your treatment plan is explained and written up in the language you choose.
- What to bring to your first visit
- Bring photo ID, any dental X-rays or reports from the last two years, a list of the medicines you take, and details of any allergies or conditions such as diabetes, heart disease or a bleeding disorder. If you have had implants, crowns or orthodontic work elsewhere, bring whatever paperwork you still have.
- Opening hours and how soon we reply
- The clinic is open Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 – 17:00. WhatsApp messages are usually answered within working hours the same day; messages sent late at night are answered the next morning.
- If your problem is urgent
- For severe pain, swelling of the face or jaw, bleeding that will not stop or a knocked-out tooth, call the clinic rather than sending a form — we will find you a slot the same day where we can. If it is outside opening hours and the problem is serious, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
